GTSPRO Auto Detail – Terms of Service

1. General Terms
By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Please read carefully before engaging our services.

2. Services Provided
We offer a variety of car detailing services, including but not limited to exterior and interior cleaning, polishing, ceramic coatings, and paint protection. All services will be performed according to the specifications agreed upon at the time of booking.

3. Payment

  • Payment must be made in cash, credit, or via Zelle.

  • No personal checks are accepted.

  • For multi-day treatments or extended waiting periods, a non-refundable advance of at least 20% of the total service amount is required. The advance will be deducted from the final invoice.

  • Full payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon.

4. Scheduling and Cancellations

  • Appointments are scheduled based on availability and must be confirmed.

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee.

  • If an advance has been paid and the service is canceled, the advance will not be refunded.

5. Damage and Liability

  • Before any services are provided, a photo inspection of the vehicle will be conducted. An inspection sheet will be filled out and signed by both the customer and our staff, documenting the condition of the vehicle.

  • GTSPRO Auto Detail is not responsible for any pre-existing damage, wear, or issues that may become more noticeable after detailing.

  • We are not liable for any loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle during service.

6. Warranty

  • Our services, including coatings and treatments, are covered by a limited warranty. This warranty covers defects in workmanship but does not apply to damage caused by improper care or environmental factors outside of our control (e.g., road salts, bird droppings, etc.).

7. Advance Payment Policy

  • A non-refundable advance is required for multi-day treatments or services that require extended scheduling. The advance ensures scheduling certainty and is deducted from your final invoice.

  • In case of no-show or cancellation without sufficient notice, the advance will not be refunded.

8. Customer Responsibility

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to remove personal items and valuables from the vehicle before the service.

  • For interior cleaning and coating services, please ensure that the vehicle is free from excess dirt or debris.

9. Satisfaction Guarantee

  • If you are not satisfied with our services, please notify us immediately so we can address any issues. We aim to ensure all our customers are fully satisfied with our work.

10. Changes to Terms

  • GTSPRO Auto Detailing reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website or communicated directly to clients.

By booking and receiving services from GTSPRO Auto Detailing, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Service.
